Join Lucy Pirner and Tracey Mortensen in Cabarete, Dominican Republic for a transformational and nourishing experience to remember. In this mostly-inclusive tropical retreat, we will awaken and explore the senses to feel fully alive. Through yoga, breath work, mediation, Yoga Nidra, rest and immersive experiences, you will tune into the gifts of life to increase greater ease, meaning, connection and happiness.
Lucy and Tracey specialize in creating a retreat where you have to do nothing! Sit back and let us arrange everything for you from meals to adventures. There is enough free time in the schedule for you to relax by the pool, play in the waves, explore the area or hang out with friends. Our past retreats have proven to be life changing experiences, with attention to detail, fun, comfort, and ease.
About our Location:
“Cabarete is a coastal haven on the north coast of Hispaniola, the island that the Dominican Republic shares with Haiti. Although it first gained attention as one of the world’s premier spots for kiteboarding and windsurfing, Cabarete has much more to offer visitors and expats. Year-round warm weather, a lower cost of living, friendly locals, a fun lifestyle and tropical beaches all make Cabarete worth checking out.
Cabarete is a laidback and relaxed town. And even though it is popular with tourists, you get a small-town vibe thanks to the small but tight-knit expat community where everybody knows everybody.”
Our villa is 5 min from the beach town of Cabarete, with plenty of bars, restaurants, boutiques, and nightlife. We are 30 min from the Puerto Plata (POP) International airport and 90 minutes from Santiago airport (STI).

“Villa Coco Mar is an exclusive, private beach-front villa on the north coast of the Dominican Republic which features large, manicured grounds surrounding fourteen custom-appointed rooms for guests. Cost of Retreat Includes:
*Daily breakfast, 5 dinners, 5 lunches provided by our own personal chef or hosts of our excursions.
*Daily happy hour with mocktails and snacks (alcoholic beverages available for additional purchase)
*Daily morning and afternoon yoga in the tropical expanse of the villa grounds.
*Airport transfers from Puerto Plata (30 minutes from the villa)
*Accommodations with amenities listed below.
*Concierge service to help you arrange additional services or excursions such as horse back riding from our beach, waterfall hiking, lazy river tubing, local dance lessons, kite surfing, etc.
*Our Adventures:
1. 4.5 hour private Catamaran tour with lunch, drinks, snorkeling and sight seeing
2. Day Trip to Monkey Jungle. “Home to almost 30 squirrel and capuchin monkeys. Includes a 7 station 4500
foot ACCT certified zip line (optional). Enjoy the breathtaking view spanning over 290 acre working farm
and the home of the free Monkey Jungle medical/dental clinic. Profits from the Monkey Jungle and Zip Line
Adventures are used to fund the free on-site clinics.” These tours are are safe and inclusive and “cater to
guests with special needs from ages 3-89”

Amenities included:
*All bedrooms are air-conditioned, have full bathrooms, a mini-fridge, seating area and some with a walk out patio. The minibars in the rooms are stocked daily with bottled water, and a water is dispenser available on premises.
*Bonfires on the beach
*Massage services on sight (from $50/hr)
*Large pool and hot tub with multiple lounge chairs and shaded areas.
*Private beach with lounge chairs
*On-site gym to workout with a magnificent view. Elliptical cross trainer, treadmill, home bike, a new Peloton bike, flat incline bench, dumbbells 5-50 lbs, kettle bells, push up bars, jumping rope, physio balls.
*Pool table with outdoor lounge area
*Free unlimited WIFI
*Pool/Beach towels

If you are choosing double occupancy, you can only register if you have a roommate. If you need a roommate, email Lucy [email protected] and she will do her best to match you with someone, but please note this does not guarantee you a spot on the retreat. First come, first served. Preference is given to those registering with a roommate or choosing single occupancy.

Contact Lucy at [email protected] with which room you would like to reserve and who your roommate will be. She will send you an invoice. A $500 nonrefundable deposit holds your spot and total cost will need to be paid in full by November 1, 2021 to receive the early bird discount. After that the regular rates will apply.

- $500 is necessary to secure your spot. Remainder is due November 1, 2021.
